Dental Marketing Platform: 7 All-in-One Options (2026)
Discover why all-in-one dental marketing platforms save time and money. Compare top unified solutions for dental practices.

Running a practice means juggling tools: one for reviews, another for texting, a third for the website, a fourth for reporting. All-in-one dental marketing platforms promise to bring that together. This guide compares seven of them on what they do best, what they publish about price and contracts, and how to choose between one platform and several specialist tools.
Vendor facts below come from each vendor's own pages, or from the third-party sources named, as of October 2026. Plans change, so confirm current terms in writing.
TL;DR
- "All-in-one" covers very different products. Some are communication tools with review features. Some are analytics tools. Some are front-office platforms with an AI receptionist. Some pair software with an agency.
- Most vendors in this group don't publish prices. Doctible, Adit's technology bundle and Aron publish starting prices. Ask for an itemized quote from the rest.
- Compare contracts as carefully as features: term, auto-renewal, notice period and what happens to your phone numbers and data when you leave.
- Choose by the two or three jobs that cost you the most today, and test those on your own PMS during the demo.

What counts as an all-in-one dental marketing platform
A platform in this category combines several of these jobs behind one login:
- Patient communication: two-way texting and reminders.
- Reviews: requests, monitoring and replies.
- Website tools: online booking, chat and forms.
- Phones and call handling.
- Reporting: which channels bring in booked patients.
Some also add insurance verification, payments and recall.
What to look for
Connection to your PMS
The platform should connect to your practice management system and use appointment data to trigger messages and reviews. Ask which systems it connects to, what it reads, and what it writes back.
Fair messaging and review rules
Texts need consent and an opt-out. Review requests should go to every patient. Google's Maps User Generated Content Policy does not allow selectively soliciting positive reviews or offering incentives.
HIPAA and a BAA
Ask for a signed Business Associate Agreement and read what it says about how your data may be used, including de-identified data and AI.
Clear pricing
Ask what is included, what is billed on top, and whether prices change at renewal.
The seven options
1. Aron
Aron is built only for dental practices. Basic ($399 a month) includes the 24/7 AI receptionist, four phone lines (handsets sold separately), two-way texting, a website chatbot, online booking, patient forms that write back to your PMS, and review requests and auto-replies. Pro ($799) adds insurance verification (150 checks a month), claims tracking and payer status, A/R aging reports, payment plans and a Patient Recovery worklist. Elite (custom) adds automatic recall and reactivation by text and phone call, marketing ROI tracking, call tracking, SEO tracking, Google Ads management done for you and multi-location reporting. Every plan includes a free custom website, unlimited users and no long-term contract.
Best for: practices that want phones, front desk, reviews and marketing reporting in one system.
Trade-offs: Aron monitors Google reviews, not every review site, and automatic recall is on Elite only.

2. Weave
Weave is known for phones and patient communication for healthcare offices. Pricing is not publicly listed in a form we could confirm, though Weave advertises plans starting from $199 a month, and what each tier includes is not clear. On Capterra, Weave shows 4.5 for ease of use and 4.0 for customer service, and on Trustpilot it shows 4.6 from 955 reviews. Weave's terms say cancellation is not effective until all phone numbers are ported out, and orders with a stated term owe the full term's fees. Weave became privately owned by Francisco Partners on October 26, 2026, so current customers should check renewal and price-change terms.
Best for: practices that mainly want phones and texting from one healthcare vendor.
3. Dental Intelligence
Dental Intelligence is known for analytics and its morning huddle. On Capterra it shows 4.6 for ease of use and 4.6 for customer service. Pricing is by demo. Its knowledge base says agreements renew automatically, typically annually, with 30 days' notice needed to opt out, and early cancellation leaves the remaining payments for the term owed. It launched DI Voice, a native phone system, on October 26, 2026.
Best for: practices that care most about analytics and benchmarks.
4. RevenueWell
RevenueWell sells a broad front-office platform plus a full-service marketing agency covering SEO, paid ads, social, web design, branding and video. Its plans page names three tiers (Marketing Platform & Forms, Professional and Premium) with text limits of 750, 1,750 and 3,250 and no prices. Phone and forms are listed as add-ons, its AI receptionist handles English and Spanish, and it offers monthly and annual contracts.
Best for: practices that want software and an agency from the same company.
5. Adit
Adit organizes its platform into modules, including Engage, Patient Forms, eFax, Voice, Practice Analytics, Adit Pay, Online Scheduling, AI Front Desk and AI Call Intelligence. Its FAQs say a technology bundle starts at $99 a month per location, and that marketing agreements are a one-year commitment with a Patient Booking Guarantee. Its pricing page says its technology packages do not have binding contracts.
Best for: practices that want a module-by-module build, and that read the marketing terms carefully.
6. Doctible
Doctible is a patient communication platform for dental, medical, chiropractic and optometry practices. Gold is $199 a month on an annual agreement or $249 month to month and covers texting, reminders, recall, email and reputation management. Gold Plus is $299 annual or $399 monthly and adds online appointment requests, digital forms, voice reminders and an automated waitlist. Websites and chat are quoted separately. It holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating from 265 reviews on Software Advice.
Best for: practices focused on reminders, recall and forms who already have phones they like.
7. PatientPop
PatientPop is marketed for websites, SEO and reputation tools. We could not confirm its pricing or contract terms from public pages, so ask for a written quote and the cancellation terms before you compare it.
Best for: practices that want website and listing management as the main job.

All-in-one or separate tools?
Separate best-in-class tools can be stronger at one job. They also mean more logins, more invoices, more training and a risk of two tools texting the same patient. An all-in-one platform trades some depth for fewer moving parts. The honest way to decide is to list what you pay for today, what each tool does, and what you would stop paying for.
How to compare quotes
- List every tool you pay for and its monthly cost.
- Write down the three jobs you most need done.
- Ask each vendor for a written quote that covers those jobs for your number of locations.
- Add up setup, texting, per-location and add-on fees.
- Compare contract length, renewal and exit terms.

FAQ
Are all-in-one dental platforms cheaper than separate tools?
Sometimes. List your current tools, their monthly cost and what each does, then compare that total with a written quote for the platform that covers the same jobs. Include setup, texting, per-location and add-on fees on both sides. Prices differ widely: Doctible lists plans from $199 a month, Aron's plans are $399, $799 and custom, and several vendors quote only on request.
What if one feature is weaker than a specialist tool?
That is a fair risk. Decide which two or three jobs matter most to your practice, test those during the demo with your own PMS, and accept 'good enough' on the rest if it saves you logins and double data entry.
How long does it take to switch to an all-in-one platform?
It depends on the vendor, your PMS and whether you move phone numbers. Ask for a written onboarding plan. With Aron, porting a phone number takes about 10 days, and the AI receptionist can start sooner with call forwarding.
Can I keep some of my existing tools?
Yes. Many practices start with one part of a platform, such as the AI receptionist or review requests, and move other work later. Make sure two tools are not sending messages to the same patient.
Does an all-in-one platform include a website?
Some do. Aron includes a free custom website on every plan. RevenueWell and Adit sell marketing services separately, and Doctible quotes websites and chat separately. Ask who owns the domain and content if you leave.
What contract terms should I ask about?
Ask for the term length, how renewal works, how much notice you must give, what happens to your phone numbers and data when you leave, and whether marketing services have a separate commitment. Aron has no long-term contract.
Which PMS systems does Aron work with?
Aron works with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve and Denticon, among 17+ systems, and sends sync health alerts if a connection drops.
Making the Switch
If you're currently managing multiple marketing tools, consolidating to an all-in-one platform can transform your workflow. Less time on admin means more time on patient care.
