See Which Channels Actually Bring You Patients
Your practice management system knows who your patients are, but it can't tell you how they found you. Aron connects tracked calls and online enquiries to the patient chart, then to the production in your ledger.

What it does
How it works in Aron
Give each channel its own number
We set up tracking phone numbers, one for your Google Business Profile listing, one for Google Ads, one for print or direct mail. Your real practice line never changes.
Capture every lead with its source
Tracked calls, website chatbot conversations and online booking links all arrive in Aron already stamped with where they came from.
Match the lead to the patient chart
When your front desk creates the patient in your practice management system, Aron links the lead to that chart by phone number, or by name and date of birth.
Add up the production
Aron totals the production on that patient's completed appointments and reports it under the channel that brought them in, so you can see what each channel actually earned.
Included
What's included
- Tracked Call Attribution — Each marketing channel gets its own tracking phone number. When a patient calls, we already know whether they came from your Google Business Profile listing, an ad, or a postcard.
- Website & Chatbot Leads — Enquiries from your website chatbot and booking links carry their source with them, so online leads are attributed without anyone typing anything in.
- Matched To Real Patients — Leads are matched to the patient record your front desk creates in your practice management system, using phone number first, then name and date of birth.
- Production From Your Ledger — Once a lead is matched, we pull the production value of that patient's completed appointments straight from your practice management system. Not an estimate.
- First-Touch Credit — A patient is credited to the channel that brought them in the first time. No double counting a single new patient across several channels.
- Honest Confidence Levels — Every attributed patient is labelled by how we matched them. If we're not certain, we tell you instead of quietly padding the numbers.

Questions?
How does Aron know where a patient came from?
From the front door. Each marketing channel gets its own tracking phone number, so a call already tells us the source before anyone picks up. Website chatbot conversations and online booking links carry their source too. Nothing depends on your front desk remembering to ask.
How is a lead connected to a patient chart?
By phone number first, because that's the strongest match. If the number doesn't line up, we fall back to matching the name together with the date of birth. Every attributed patient is labelled with how confidently we matched them, so you can always see the basis for the number.
Where does the production figure come from?
Straight out of your practice management system. Once a lead is matched to a chart, Aron adds up the production on that patient's completed appointments. It isn't an estimate or an assumed patient value.
What if a patient found us through more than one channel?
The patient is credited to the first channel that brought them in. That keeps one new patient from being counted twice across different channels and keeps the totals honest.
What won't this track?
Anything that never touches a tracked number, the chatbot or a booking link. Word of mouth and patients who walk in or dial your main line directly will show as unattributed. The dashboard is strongest for paid and tracked channels, which is usually what you're trying to justify.
How soon will the numbers look meaningful?
Attribution starts the day your tracking numbers are live. Production takes longer, because it builds up as those new patients actually complete treatment. Expect the picture to fill in over the first few months rather than the first week.
