How does Aron connect to my Google Business Profile?
Aron uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 authentication. You'll click 'Connect Google Business' and sign in with your Google account. We only request the permissions needed to read reviews and insights, we never store your Google password or access any personal data beyond your business profile.
Can I respond to Google reviews directly from Aron?
Yes! You can view all your Google reviews in the Aron dashboard and respond directly. Our AI will even suggest professional responses that you can customize before sending. Responses are posted to Google in real-time.
Will Aron post fake reviews or manipulate my ratings?
Absolutely not. Aron helps you ethically grow your reviews by automating review requests to real patients after their appointments. We follow all Google guidelines and never post fake reviews, incentivize reviews, or engage in any practices that could get your profile penalized.
What Google Business Profile data does Aron access?
Aron accesses your reviews (and allows you to respond), basic business insights (views, clicks, calls, direction requests), and your business information for display purposes. We use Google's official API with read-only access for most data, and write access only for posting your approved review responses.
Is my Google Business Profile data secure?
