Our heatmap aggregates patient data from your practice management system, grouping by zip code and ranking by production value. This lets you identify high-value geographic markets and target them with precision direct mail campaigns.
Aron includes templates for recall reminders, benefits expiration alerts, new patient welcome offers, unscheduled treatment follow-ups, holiday greetings, and referral thank-you cards. Each template supports custom merge fields for personalization.
Postcard pricing varies based on size and volume. Standard 4x6 postcards start at approximately $0.70 each including printing, addressing, and USPS postage. Volume discounts are available for campaigns over 500 pieces.
Most postcards are printed within 1-2 business days and delivered via USPS First-Class Mail within 3-5 business days. You can track delivery status directly in your Aron dashboard.
